REALIZAR

The Leader Development Program aims to develop behavioral skills, attitudes, feelings, values, thoughts and personal and professional perceptions of the leaders of all units in the company Fagundes, for the exercise of their function, aiming to improve the management of their teams and thereby obtain better results.
